What is an agua fresca?
A light, fresh, not-too-sweet drink — horchata is rice and cinnamon, jamaica is hibiscus, tamarindo is tamarind. All three are the traditional pairing for tacos and all three are worth trying.
Do you have anything for kids?
Plenty. Quesadillas, plain bean-and-cheese, chips, churros, and lemonade or soda. Ask and we will keep it simple for them.
