These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Serranos Taco Truck website and the mobile food and catering services we provide in Oroville, California and across the North Valley. By using this website or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Our services

Serranos Taco Truck operates a mobile food truck serving authentic Mexican food, and provides catering for private and public events. Menu descriptions on this website are general in nature. Availability of specific items varies day to day, and the menu at the truck is always the current one.

Menu, availability and pricing

Prices are not published on this website. Current pricing is displayed at the truck and provided on request by phone. Daily combo specials rotate and are subject to availability. Catering quotes are prepared individually based on your date, location, headcount, and menu selections, and are valid as stated at the time we give them.

Orders and catering bookings

Orders, large orders and catering bookings are confirmed by phone, text, email, or through our online order form. Submitting the order form is a request, not a confirmed order: an order or booking is only held once we have confirmed it with you directly. We will tell you at the time of booking what, if anything, is required to secure your date. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed with you at the time of booking.

Food allergies and dietary requirements

We offer vegetarian options every day and can accommodate many dietary needs, including gluten-free requests, when you tell us in advance. Please note that our food is prepared in a shared mobile kitchen, so we cannot guarantee that any item is entirely free from a given allergen. If you have a severe allergy, tell us before you order so we can advise you honestly about what we can and cannot do.

Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.
• How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (530) 370-1844. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any active or upcoming job.
• Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Serranos Taco Truck is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
• How to opt out. Text STOP to (530) 370-1844 at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number. You can opt back in at any time by texting us again.

• Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
• Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The mobile information you share with us, and your text messaging consent, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Privacy
