These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Serranos Taco Truck website and the mobile food and catering services we provide in Oroville, California and across the North Valley. By using this website or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Our services

Serranos Taco Truck operates a mobile food truck serving authentic Mexican food, and provides catering for private and public events. Menu descriptions on this website are general in nature. Availability of specific items varies day to day, and the menu at the truck is always the current one.

Menu, availability and pricing

Prices are not published on this website. Current pricing is displayed at the truck and provided on request by phone. Daily combo specials rotate and are subject to availability. Catering quotes are prepared individually based on your date, location, headcount, and menu selections, and are valid as stated at the time we give them.

Orders and catering bookings

Large orders and catering bookings are confirmed by phone, text, email, or through our booking form. A booking is only held once we have confirmed it with you directly. We will tell you at the time of booking what, if anything, is required to secure your date. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed with you at the time of booking.

Food allergies and dietary requirements

We offer vegetarian options every day and can accommodate many dietary needs, including gluten-free requests, when you tell us in advance. Please note that our food is prepared in a shared mobile kitchen, so we cannot guarantee that any item is entirely free from a given allergen. If you have a severe allergy, tell us before you order so we can advise you honestly about what we can and cannot do.

Text messaging terms

By providing your phone number to us, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Serranos Taco Truck relating to your order or booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or text HELP to (530) 370-1844 for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
